We’re looking for an ambitious client services professional to join us as a Customer Success Team Lead for Modo25’s technology platform, BOSCO™. 

 Using cutting edge data science, BOSCO™ takes basic inputs which collect data from trusted data partners and a list of competitors based onaretailer’scategory. The machine learning then creates a portfolio of keywords that can makepaid media channelbudget recommendations.    

Day-to-day, you will be working with our clients to help nurture and grow relationships. This will encompass existing and new clients onboarding with us.  

We’re looking for someone strong with processes, well organised, a great communicator and a people person at your core.  

We’re looking for experience within a digital agency. Currently working in client services role with knowledge of the various digital marketing channels and the ability to manage various clients simultaneously. Also working to identify areas where you can up sell our services to our clients.   

This role as team lead will see you involved in the delegation of work, mentoring and overseeing members of your team. This role also offers great potential to lead to a managerial role and really thrive within the company.

  • A confident team player     
  • a client services professional within an agency and ideally have 2+ years’ experience 
  • Hands-on wherever necessary
