We are looking for a highly organised Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. This is an ideal role for someone who looking to start or progress their career in marketing and is able to work simultaneously across various tasks.

Responsibilities include supporting marketing and sales efforts through event marketing, administrative tasks and social media activities. The ideal person will have excellent communication, organisation and written skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

This role requires a dynamic, process-driven individual to work closely with the marketing and sales teams. It will be a varied and rewarding role, helping the teams run more smoothly.

The following will be part of your role –

  • Support marketing and sales for both Modo25 and ASK BOSCO®
  • Webinar promotion (eg artwork, writing copy, updating web page, social media promotion etc.)
  • Support marketing activities e.g. event management, DM fulfilment, promotional materials, merchandise
  • Write internal news stories for blogs
  • Liaise with partners
  • Manage our social media channel posts
  • Monitor and record sales and marketing KPIs on a monthly basis
  • Keep CRM tools up to date
  • Manage sales assets library
  • Provide admin support to sales team
  • Previous use of tools including Canva, Hubspot, Zoom, WordPress, Outreach, social media platforms is useful, but training is provided

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing/English/Arts or related field is desirable
  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing Assistant, Coordinator, Executive or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate updates on processes to the team
  • A proactive and collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
