We are seeking a dynamic Training and Development Manager to lead and scale the onboarding and training initiatives for our SaaS product, ASK BOSCO®. As our customer base grows, scaling high-impact training programs is critical. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in Online Digital Marketing—particularly in Paid Media Marketing—with a passion for customer education, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. This role requires a forward-thinking professional with proven experience in training and development, a deep understanding of digital marketing principles, and the ability to empower both customers and internal teams to succeed with our product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Scalable Onboarding: Create and optimize modular onboarding processes for diverse customer needs, leveraging tools like LMS and in-app guidance.
- Design Training Content: Build and maintain a library of training materials (videos, guides, eLearning) that reflect product updates and customer feedback.
- Deliver Customer-Centric Training: Conduct live and on-demand sessions while refining programs based on feedback and analytics.
- Automate and Innovate: Implement automation tools and emerging technologies to streamline training and improve scalability.
- Measure Performance: Track KPIs (adoption, retention, time-to-value), analyze data, and report insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate and Lead: Partner with internal teams to align training with product updates and coach teams to deliver high-quality customer education.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Provide thought leadership in Paid Media Marketing, ensuring that training content equips customers with actionable insights for campaign success across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other Paid Marketing channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in training and development, preferably in SaaS, with a focus on scaling programs and automation. Previous experience working with Paid Media Marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, META, or similar). Familiarity with additional areas of digital marketing, such as SEO, email marketing, or content strategy, is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with LMS, in-app guidance tools, and content creation software.
- Key Attributes: Strong project management, data-driven decision-making, excellent communication, and a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
