Diane Young, CEO and Co-Founder of The Drum hosted the discussion – Diane is a well-respected figure in the industry and we originally asked her to join the panel, but she kindly volunteered to chair proceedings.
Diane commented on the current challenges that the industry is facing: “The current economic conditions are putting pressure on the classic agency model and brands have had to pivot quickly in terms of how they spend their budget. This could well be a crossroad for many brand marketers in terms of how they approach strategy, execution and media.”
