What is our recruitment process?

We believe in transparency in all things. That’s why we take the time to get to know your business and its needs in order to create a tailored recruitment plan. From there, we do all the leg work for you. That includes sourcing and outreaching the best candidates as well as communication and initial interviews. This way, you don’t need to waste time looking through countless CVs and speaking to people who maybe aren’t the right fit.

We’ll start by getting a deeper understanding of what roles you’re looking to hire and the types of people you want in terms of experience. We will then go away and begin outreaching and resourcing potential candidates.

Once we’ve found someone, we’ll conduct an initial conversation with them and our Modo25 specialists. This means that our digital experts can get an idea on how experienced a candidate is, which is great if you’re maybe not too sure what all the technical jargon means. If we think they have potential, we’ll get in touch with you.

If you’re then interested, we’ll set up an interview between you and the candidate. We manage all the day-to-day communications. So, you don’t need to worry about replying to emails or calls.

If all goes well, you’ll have a fully-fledged digital professional joining your inhouse marketing team and the rest is history.
