Auriens is a luxury later-living residential community based in Chelsea, London. Recently, the business has shifted its approach, away from the traditional rental market by giving its residents and new members an option to purchase the properties in the exclusive community. They approached Modo25 as they were looking for an agency who understood how to market to a specific demographic of customers in the UK & abroad.

The Solution
Modo25 researched the company to understand its customer base and touch points across the website. A strategic decision was taken to optimise towards micro-conversions on the website.
Next the team jumped into the accounts and methodologically ran tests on smart bidding, content and headlines to make sure we were maximising conversions. The paid media work was also complemented by a wider SEO strategy, with a focus on increasing the knowledge base of potential customers higher up the funnel. A content plan was delivered, with an aim to maximise visibility with LLMs and specifically AI Overvies.

Underpinning the changes to the website from a technical and content perspective was a link acquisition strategy, with a focus on relevant content, linking topical landing pages – with a view to increase traffic and revenues from bloggers, influencers and popular publications. This helped to increase sessions by 7.49% since working in partnership year on year.
