Qualitative research uncovers why those problems exist, through session recordings, heatmaps, and user surveys. Used together, they give you the complete picture needed to make confident optimisation decisions.

We work across analytics platforms including GA4, and our own ASK BOSCO® ai marketing platform. As well as behavioural tools like Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity. We work with your existing stack wherever possible, and if there are gaps in your tracking setup, we’ll identify and resolve them before drawing any conclusions from the data.

Most analysis programmes deliver a full prioritised insight report within 14 working days of kick-off. More complex engagements involving multiple research methodologies or larger user research panels typically run over 4–6 weeks. We’ll scope this clearly upfront so you know exactly what to expect and when.
