About the role

We’re hiring a Paid Social Account Manager who will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing paid social campaigns across various social media platforms, Meta, and TikTok.

This is a hybrid role in Leeds.

Salary £31-38k

What you’ll be doing 

  • Communicating day-to-day with internal and external stakeholders and analytics teams.
  • Agency management, working with the agency to drive results.
  • Working within a performance driven environment, focused on hitting KPI’s.
  • Development of paid social media campaigns
  • Oversee and support management of all paid social media channels.
  • Management and responsibility of overall budget and revenue tracking of campaigns
  • Keeping up with social media and marketing industry trends
  • Contributing to the overall paid and digital strategy with new ideas and opportunities.
  • Reporting on campaign activity.
  • Confident briefing and ideating new creative ideas

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-5 years paid social media experience
  • Experience of using TikTok and Meta platforms
  • Experience with tracking and measurement of campaign activity
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Strong time management and prioritising skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and work to deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
